Roller shutters are designed to be able to control a wide passage with a fire-resistant product. They are made of steel laths. Roller shutters are able to resist to a fire for a specified time period and to localize the fire.

They can be connected to a central fire alarm system, or simply close in case of fire thanks to a “fusible link” system.
